Can I wear black tights with red peep-toe shoes?

I'm wearing a black and white wrap dress. Red purse, red jewellery, red peep-toe shoes (platform front, wooden conical heel). I know that black tights and coloured shoes are "in", but is it too "out there" to wear in public? I don't want to wear bare legs and toeless pantyhose creep me out.

okay the red shoe would be really cute, the only thing i don't like would be the wooden heel. the brown might sort of clash with the black and red. but you can see it and i can't so use your best judgement on that. i'm sure you'll look cute no matter what. i've never even heard of toeless pantyhose... cool.
