Another type is the strappy flat sandals, which are more intricate when it comes to designs and the number of straps on each pair. Flat gladiator sandals would be the best example. This is also perfect for those laid back days with friends, shopping or even for night outs. Both types of flat sandals cater to those who would want to sport simple but chic styles.

Slide sandals can also be considered as womens sandals. These are strapless footwear that usually have medium heels. Although variations of this type are also available like the high heeled slides and the kitten heel slides which are shorter in height and rounder in shape. This type of womens sandals are best paired with short dresses and skirts. Some wear body hugging short dresses paired with high heeled slides for a sexier look.

High heeled sandals are worn for a more formal look, but these can also be worn with dresses, skirts and low rise as well as skinny jeans. These also come in various designs like thongs which do not have a lot of straps and of course the strappy type of women's high heeled sandals. There also those that are called platform sandals, which have thicker soles on the front part of the footwear. These womens sandals can give support the weight of a woman because the soles are thicker and wider.

Another type of womens sandals is called wedge sandals. This type is similar to concept of the platform sandals and are often times combined to make a better style. Wedges are known to be comfortable despite the height and can support a woman's weight without fail.

In selecting the best pair of womens sandals, there are also other factors to consider, the first one is the cost; it is important to look for womens sandals that are not too expensive but can give the same comfort as the high priced ones. It is not a guarantee that the most expensive pair of womens sandals are the ones that last longer. Second would be the style, which should be appropriate for the event, occasion or purpose of use. And the last but also the most important factor is comfort. It is not worth it to buy nice sandals if comfort cannot be guaranteed.

Womens sandals, no matter what the designs are, should always be part of every woman's shoe closet. Not just because of its contribution to one's sense of style but also because of the luxury of comfort that these kinds of footwear provide women everywhere.

I would buy some, but they are so expensive!! I was just looking for someone with an unused/unwanted pair of platforms they did not want. To give to me for free. Open toe 8, 8.5 sizes!

You can find gorgeous pairs for $50.
I'm sure you can afford that if you can afford monthly internet service.
